Seventh Amended McLennan County Standing Order Regarding Children, Property and Conduct of the Parties, binding on the parties, their officers, agents, servants, employees and attorneys, and any other person acting in concert who receives actual notice, enforceable by contempt of court. No party requests this order; it is a standing order of the McLennan County District Courts that applies in every divorce suit and every suit affecting the parent-child relationship (including modification and enforcement) filed in McLennan County, adopted so the parties and their children are protected and their property preserved while the lawsuit is pending. NO DISRUPTION OF CHILDREN — all parties are ORDERED to refrain from removing the children from the State of Texas without written agreement of all parties or a court order (subject to an active prior order designating the primary residence), disrupting or withdrawing the children from their present school or day-care without written agreement or court order, hiding or secreting the children or changing their current place of abode without written agreement or court order, and disturbing the peace of the children; together with the further standard prohibitions preserving the parties' property and governing their conduct during the pendency of the suit.
