In the District Court of Navarro County, Texas, 13th Judicial District — Administrative Order (General): Photography, Video Recordings, and Audio Recordings. Pursuant to the inherent powers of the Court and to maintain the security, safety and integrity of the 13th District Courtroom, the Court prohibits all film photography, digital photography, filming, or any other form of visual recording of court proceedings without the prior permission of the presiding judge, and analogously prohibits all audio recordings; the presiding judge reserves the right to withdraw permission at their discretion.
