District Court & County Court at Law Standing Order Regarding Children, Property and the Conduct of the Parties (Navarro County; effective March 9, 2023). No party requests this order; it is a standing order of the 13th District Court and the County Court at Law that applies in every divorce suit and every suit affecting the parent-child relationship filed in Navarro County, except cases initiated by the Attorney General of Texas or Child Protective Services, adopted so the parties and their children are protected and their property preserved while the case is pending. NO DISRUPTION OF CHILDREN — unless there is a written agreement of all parties or a court order, both parties are ORDERED to refrain from: (1.1) removing the children from the State of Texas, acting directly or in concert with others; (1.2) disrupting or withdrawing the children from their present school or day-care, or in any manner disturbing the peace of the children; (1.3) hiding or secreting the children from the other parent, or changing the children's place of abode from where it was 30 days before the lawsuit was filed; together with the further standard prohibitions preserving the parties' property and governing their conduct during the pendency of the suit.
