SCOPE: "This order is a standing order of the Rockwall County District Courts and County Court(s) at Law that applies as set out below. The District Courts and the County Court(s) at Law of Rockwall County have adopted this order because the parties and their children should be protected and their property preserved while the [case] is pending"; no party requested it, and it applies in every divorce and suit affecting the parent-child relationship. CHILDREN: the parties are ORDERED not to remove or hide a child from another party; not to change the child's residence or disrupt/withdraw the child from school or daycare (absent written agreement or order); and not to make disparaging remarks about another party in the child's presence or hearing or discuss the litigation with or near the child. CONDUCT: the parties are ORDERED not to communicate with another party in a threatening or harassing manner; not to threaten unlawful action; not to make offensive, repetitious, or anonymous contact at unreasonable hours; not to open or divert the other's mail; not to access the other party's email, financial, social-media, or other electronic accounts; and not to intercept the other's communications.
