A: 'Specific Procedures: Step-By-Step' requires the e-filing of all hearing documents (as Lead Documents) three (3) days in advance of a hearing date. 2. As a part of the ongoing implementation of paperless dockets in the Tarrant County courts, it is advisable to require the e-filing of these documents at least five (5) business days in advance of any hearing on any application of an uncontested matter. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that Section VII of the Uniform Standing Order on Court Rules for E-Filing, as referenced above, is hereby amended to require that all documents required for a hearing on the application for an uncontested matter be e-filed at least five (5) business days in advance of any hearing on said application.
