90th Judicial District Standing Order Regarding Children, Property and Conduct of the Parties During the Pendency of Cases (As Adopted on October 25, 2023). No party requests this order; it is a standing order of the 90th Judicial District Court that applies in every divorce suit and every suit affecting the parent-child relationship, including motions to modify possession and access, filed in Young or Stephens County, and binds both parties. Section 1, No Disruption of Children — both parties are ordered to refrain from: (1.1) removing the children from Texas without written agreement of both parties or a court order; (1.2) disrupting or withdrawing the children from their school or day-care without written agreement or a court order; (1.3) hiding or secreting the children or changing their current place of abode without agreement or order; (1.4) disturbing the peace of the children; (1.5) making disparaging remarks about the other party or the other's family (including the child's grandparents, aunts, uncles or stepparents); and (1.6) discussing the litigation with or in the presence of the children; followed by the standard sections on the conduct of the parties, the preservation of property and records, insurance, specific authorizations, service and application, and mediation.
