Applies to audio and video exhibits offered before the 90th Judicial District Court in Young County. Procedural information only; not legal advice.
90th Judicial District Court's Standing Order Regarding Audio/Visual Evidence (filed May 29, 2019, Young County). When introducing an audio or video CD/DVD/media storage device, the sponsoring party shall ensure it is in a format that may be uploaded and accepted by the appropriate Court of Appeals under its current guidelines. Audio exhibits may not exceed 100 MB and video files may not exceed 5 GB. Media must be submitted in a format from the listed extensions (.avi, .wmv, .wav, .mpg, .mid, .asf, .mpeg, .mpl, .mp2, .mp3, .mp4, .m4v, .ogg, .oga, .ogv, .webm); an exhibit already in one of these formats need not be converted, otherwise the sponsoring party must convert it. Only the segments offered as an exhibit may be on the media (for example, from a DVD of 50 jail phone calls, copy only the calls to be offered onto a separate disk); and if on appeal the Court of Appeals cannot open an exhibit, the sponsoring party is responsible for providing the court reporter with the exhibit in an acceptable format. The Court encourages all parties to meet before trial and agree to the exhibits.

Judge Miller: exhibits for remote hearings must be premarked and physically delivered (U.S. mail or courthouse drop box) at least three business days out or they are not considered — e-mailed exhibits are refused, and evidentiary hearings are never remote.
2 verbatim requirements published by Palm Beach Division FC on exhibits.
