Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
"Interested person" or "person interested" means:
(1) an heir, devisee, spouse, creditor, or any other person having a property right in or claim against an estate being administered; or
(2) a person interested in the welfare of an incapacitated person.
