MINIMUM QUALITY AND EFFICIENCY MEASURES.

Except as provided by Sections 540A.0054, 540A.0057, and 540A.0058, the commission shall require that managed transportation organizations and providers participating in the medical transportation program meet minimum quality and efficiency measures the commission determines.
