MANAGED TRANSPORTATION ORGANIZATION: SUBCONTRACT WITH TRANSPORTATION NETWORK COMPANY.

A managed transportation organization may subcontract with a transportation network company to provide services under this subchapter. A rule or other requirement the executive commissioner adopts under this subchapter or Subchapter H, Chapter 526, does not apply to the subcontracted transportation network company or a motor vehicle operator who is part of the company's network.
