APPOINTMENT AND DISMISSAL OF STAFF AND EMPLOYEES; CONTRACT WITH DOCTORS.
Text — Current through the 89th 2nd Called Legislative Session, 2025
(a) The board may appoint to or dismiss from the staff or contract with any doctors the board considers necessary for the efficient operation of the district and may make temporary appointments as necessary.
(b) The district may employ fiscal agents, accountants, architects, and attorneys the board considers proper.
(c) The board may delegate to the district administrator the authority to hire district employees, including technicians and nurses.
