e. Section 45.031, Fla. Stat., directs that sale of real or personal property by judicial order must, absent the Plaintiff’s consent, occur not less than 20 days or more than 35 days after the entry of the Final Judgment. The Clerk of Court has requested at least 35 days to ensure sufficient time for processing, publication, etc. However, unless the Plaintiff agrees otherwise, sale will occur within 35 days as required by statute.
