Verbatim from the operative section of Eleventh Circuit administrative order 06-39, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • Cases shall be assigned and/or reassigned to this Section at the direction of the Administrative Judge of the Civil Division of the County Court. Whenever possible and practicable, the assignment and/or reassignment of such cases shall be accomplished under the blind filing system historically utilized in making such assignments and reassignments, or any similar method which will result in such cases being filed equally among all of the sections of the Civil Division of the County Court in an unpredictable manner. - 2 - • The Clerk of the Court shall notify in writing all attorneys of record as to the assignment or reassignment of their pending case in the Family Division.
