Verbatim from the operative section of Eleventh Circuit administrative order 23-31 A1, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • Any action on a debt brought against a consumer filed in the Civil Division of the County Court that is not to enforce an interest in real property securing the consumer's obligation shall be designated by the filer as case type “Consumer-Debt (Non-Insurance),” and it shall be filed in the County Court District/Branch Court where the defendant/consumer resides. • The procedure set forth in Administrative Order No. 23-31 for blind-filing cases is amended for only case types designated as “Consumer-Debt (Non-Insurance). For “Consumer-Debt (Non-Insurance)” cases that are filed in the County Court, the blind filing pool will only include the division judges located at the County Court District/Branch Court where the case was filed. - 2 -
