Verbatim from the operative section of Eleventh Circuit administrative order 83-14, harvested 2026-08-02; whitespace normalised only. • WETHERINGTON, pursuant to the authority vested in me as Chief Judge of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida, do hereby direct that all court reporters, parties to civil actions, and/or attorneys of record shall refrain from filing any depositions, or copies thereof, with the Clerk of this Court unless the conditions required by Rule 1.310 (f)(3), Fla.R.Civ.P., have been met and such compliance with the Rule is made of record in the action by one of the following methods: • (1) The deposition, or copy thereof, tendered to the Clerk of this Court for filing shall be accompanied by a Notice of Filing Deposition containing a certification by a party, the witness, or counsel of record that the contents of the deposition must be considered by the Court on any matter pending before the Court. • (2) The Court has entered an order that the deposition, or a copy thereof, shall be filedin the action.
