An agreed Motion to Continue must be submitted to the Court as a supporting document with the Order THROUGH THE CMS WORKBENCH by Tuesday at 3:00pm before the Calendar Call. If the Motion to Continue is not agreed, it must be set for hearing or handled at the time of the Calendar Call. If a written continuance is granted, the Attorneys will be given a new calendar call date. If a written continuance is denied, the parties must appear at the calendar call.
