MOTION TO CONTINUE: A Motion to Continue must be submitted to the Court with an attached order before the Calendar Call. If the Motion to Continue is not agreed, it must be set for hearing. If a written continuance is granted, the Attorneys will be given a new calendar call date. If a written continuance is denied, the parties must appear at calendar call. The motion must be submitted no later than 12:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled calendar call date.
