An Unopposed Motion to Continue must be e-filed and an order (in WORD format) forwarded to the Judicial Assistant (SedaS@circuit19.org) no later than Noon on Wednesday the week prior to docket call (NO EXCEPTIONS). If a continuance is requested, the motion must state the number of prior continuances, and if more than 2 and the defendant is incarcerated, the number of days incarcerated. If defense has already had 2 prior continuances, good cause must be shown.
