At the same time there has been an increase in substance abuse and mental health cases. “Operation Green Light” kicked off in October with the Clerk’s Office extending their hours proved to be very successful. 1,000 citizens got back on the road with over $800,000 in old fees waived. We are planning another such event in the spring. We are no longer suspending licenses for toll violations. This started in September and will be monitored for progress. Item
