Verbatim from the order, captured live 2026-08-03 from the Duval Clerk's store; whitespace normalised only. • Upon the filing of any Answer, defensive motion or Notice of Appearance by counsel for a responding party in any Civil Action (CC or CA) the Clerk of the Court shall '" cause a form "Notice of Status Conference" to be issued forthwith and delivered to the Judge presiding in the Division to which the case is assigned. • The form shall conform to Exhibit A which is attached hereto. • The Clerk shall cause the style of the case, the case number and the names and addresses of the attorney of record to be placed on the form. • Within fifteen (15) days after delivery to the -Judge presiding, the form shall be completed by inserting " in the sp~ce provided the date and time of the Status Conference and mailed to the attorneys of record. -- 1 of 4 -- l 3. • The Status Conference shall be &fFFICIAL RECORDS ~, schedu tt. -.'.(. • (a) For civil jury and non-jury cases no more than 90 (ninety) days from the date the notice is mailed. • (b) For Domestic Relations cases no more than 45 (forty-five) days from the date the notice is mailed. • The Status Conference shall be for the purpose of allowing the Judge to take charge of all cases at an early stage. • In the event of multiple responding parties, the attorney for plaintiff(s) shall be responsible for furnishing to the remaining responding parties a copy of the Notice of Status Conference> as they make appearances in the cases.
