Applies to practice before the Aransas County Court at Law (Judge Richard P. Bianchi) in civil, probate, family and misdemeanor criminal cases; the Court's actions on district-court cases are governed by the 2015 policies (Exhibit D) and its family cases by the five-county standing orders. RULES OF COURT — ARANSAS COUNTY COURT AT LAW. The following local rules governing the practice in the Aransas County Court at Law (hereinafter referred to as "the Court") have been adopted. The County Clerk and the District Clerk of Aransas County shall publish these Rules on the Office of Court Administration's website and make available to each attorney practicing in the Court. I. Establishes a Traffic Violations Bureau within the Clerk of the County Court under Fla. R. Traf. Ct. 6.100(a) (Burnstein, C.J., Nov. 1, 1988).
Approves the National Highway Safety Council Defensive Driving course as a school to which traffic courts may require attendance (Fla. R. Traf. Ct. 6.110(a)).
Designates the D.W.I. Counterattack School (Broward County Commission on Alcoholism) as an approved school for court-ordered attendance (Fla. R. Traf. Ct. 6.110(a)).
