STANDING ORDER REGARDING PLACEMENT OF CHILDREN IN CHILD PROTECTIVE SERVICES CASES AND FAMILY LAW CASES (Brewster, Culberson, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, and Presidio Counties) This is an Order of the Local Administrative District Judge of Brewster County, Culberson County, Hudspeth County, Jeff Davis County, and Presidio County. The purpose of this Order is to protect children during foster placement through suits involving the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services or suits affecting the parent-child relationship. THIS ORDER IS ENFORCEABLE BY CONTEMPT. 1. IT IS ORDERED that the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services is prohibited from placing any foster child subject to this Order in the home or in the custody/care of CLAUDIA CASTORENA, regardless of her licensing with any Child Placement Agency. 2. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that no court, judge, or party may place any foster child subject to this Order in the home or in the custody/care of CLAUDIA CASTORENA, regardless of her licensing with any Child Placement Agency. 3 . General Orders 2.1 This ORDER constrains the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, all parties in suits wherein the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services is a party, and all suits affecting the parent-child relationship filed in Brewster County, Culberson County, Hudspeth County, Jeff Davis County, and Presidio County. 2.2. The Court ORDERS any person who acts in concert with or in participation with a party, or a party's agent or attorney, who receives actual notice of this Order, to comply with this Order. 2.3 This Standing Order takes effect immediately and remains in effect until rescinded by this Court. 2.4. This Order shall be posted on each district court's website. The district clerks of Brewster, Culberson, Hudspeth, Jeff Davis, and Presidio Counties are hereby directed to file this Order with the Office of Court Administration and in the county administrative orders of the Court, and to post a file-marked copy of this Order as a Public Notice at the County Courthouse.
