The district judges' standing order directing the District Clerk to release cash bond funds, less administrative fees, to the depositor when a civil or family case has been disposed as to all parties (transfer, nonsuit, dismissal, final judgment or appellate mandate) and the funds remain in the registry 105 days or more afterward.

"This order applies to all civil cases, including family cases, where a cash bond has been deposited with the Denton County District Clerk and the case is no longer pending in the trial court or pending on appeal because the case is disposed as to all parties by: 1. Transfer Order; 2. Nonsuit; 3. Dismissal; 4. Final Judgment; or 5. Appellate Court's Mandate has issued. If those cash bond funds remain in the registry for 105 days or more after the case has been disposed, as described above, the Denton County District Clerk is ORDERED to release said cash bond funds, less any administrative fees, to the person who deposited the funds."
