Standing Order for Delinquent Tax Collection Cases under the Texas Property Tax Code, Hays County. To maximize judicial efficiency and economy, the Court finds that delinquent-tax collection cases filed under Chapters 31-34 of the Texas Property Tax Code in the Hays County District Courts are exempt from the mandatory disclosure requirements of Texas Rule of Civil Procedure 194 et seq.; the waiver extends only to the mandatory nature of those provisions, so a party duly served with a discovery request under them remains fully obligated to timely answer, and the waiver may be discontinued by the Court at any time.
