Effective February 18, 2025 the Parker County District Clerk and County Clerk integrated with re:SearchTX for civil cases. After April 1, 2025 the clerks no longer send attorneys copies of orders, judgments or notices in civil, family and probate cases; notification is provided through re:SearchTX, and attorneys must register and opt in to alerts. Criminal and juvenile cases are not available through re:SearchTX.
