Standing Order for Submission Procedures in Civil and Family Cases (Travis County District Courts; effective January 1, 2020). The Order sets out the procedure for parties to submit proposed orders for approval when a hearing is unnecessary; no contested matter shall be forwarded for submission unless expressly authorized by the Court. The Order specifies how proposed orders and supporting documents are submitted to the Court for review and signature on the submission docket, the notice to be given to other parties, and the circumstances in which a matter is eligible for submission without an oral hearing.
