Tex. Ins. Code § 4051.052 · Subchapter B. GENERAL PROPERTY AND CASUALTY LICENSE
AUTHORITY TO WRITE ADDITIONAL LINES.

A person who holds a general property and casualty license may, in addition, write the kinds of insurance contracts described by:
(1) Section 4051.101 and Subchapter E; or
(2) Chapter 4055.
