Reviewer note: Document sha256: ade043d8318353624cbb05c3f6ea0f8209558eb37986d1f8e9d6e3eff6632c1e. Corpus topic: CONTINUANCES. Published during the completeness pass — the audit found 2,753 verbatim requirements against 123 published rules. GOOGLE DOCS VEIN: 102 of the Seventeenth Circuit's 106 division procedure documents are published as Google Docs (docs.google.com/document/d/e/2PACX-...), not as PDFs on the court's own host. Two consecutive fetches of the same Google Doc URL return DIFFERENT bytes — Google injects per-request session config — so the document_sha256 recorded here pins one render, not a stable identity, and content-hash change detection does not work on this vein. Re-verified live 2026-07-24 by text presence instead: six sampled documents still carried 100%, 100%, 100%, 91%, 100% and 100% of their published requirements. Confidence set to medium 2026-09-08 (H3 re-verification): the live official document no longer carries this text verbatim — see the open change_detected task on its source. Verbatim from the published divisional procedures, captured 2026-07-24; whitespace normalised only. [moved from the text 2026-09-14] Fix program 2026-09-17, Phase 3 (N3): line breaks restored 2026-09-17 where the page's contact lines, table of contents and Zoom link had been glued together; the page's table of contents (navigation, not procedure) removed.
