(2) In the event the movant is unable to secure a hearing date consistent with the requirements set forth in the UTO, the Court will rule on the motion in chambers. The parties must submit the motion, response in opposition, supporting materials and proposed orders (in Word format) to the Court's division email no later than sixty (60) days prior to calendar call. The inability to set a motion for summary judgment for a hearing prior to the expiration of the deadline set forth in the Uniform Trial Order shall not constitute grounds for a continuance.
