The covered states' intermediate appellate benches, organized by court: Florida's six District Courts of Appeal, Texas's fifteen Courts of Appeals and California's Courts of Appeal, each published only after verification against the court's official roster (California's appellate districts appear as each district's bench is verified). Appellate practice is governed by the Florida Rules of Appellate Procedure, the Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure and the California Rules of Court, plus each court's own requirements.
